Vic Firth Rute 606 sticks have a look and response that most drummers will take to immediately. These drumstick alternatives deliver a soft, intimate sound for unplugged sets and folk music. Where the original Rutes broke new ground in the bundled-dowel stick market, the Vic Firth Rute 606s return to tradition with their hexagonal rubber handles and fixed bands near the tips. Each stick features 19 bundled birch dowels for a light sound and a pure tone.
