Constructed as an alternative to those bulky and cumbersome tape delay units of yesteryear, bucket-brigade delay circuits make it possible to put the sound of an analog delay at your feet. Fast-forward a half century later, and TC Electronics continues this tradition with the Bucket Brigade analog delay pedal, packing the trademark tone of BBD delays into a budget-friendly stompbox. The Delay control offers up to 600ms of delay time on tap, with a Feedback switch to dial in the frequency of full-bodied echoes that follow. Flip on the center Mod switch, and a lush chorus effect adds gorgeous warbles and washiness to your tone; meanwhile, a Depth knob adjusts the intensity and an internal trim pot tweaks modulation rate. Music Bliss guitarists always appreciate top-mounted jacks for easy integration into any setup, with true-bypass operation sweetening the pot for perfect signal integrity at all times.
