Looks just like the original Shubb capo, but weighs less than one ounce, less than half the weight of the original. Is a lightweight capo for you? Some folks associate heft with quality, and feel that it is necessary to properly do the job. For years, though, others have been removing mass from their Shubb capos in an attempt to reduce their weight. It’s really a matter of opinion and of choice.
