You get classic Tele twang – along with juiced output that lets your amp know who’s boss. Duncan spec’d the STL-3 lead bridge pickup with beefy quarter-inch diameter pole pieces for a stronger magnetic field that increases the output and allows for a special coil winding. This delivers the high-end definition you need for strong treble bite and a powerful, full mid range. (It’s awesome for overdrive!) The STR-3 neck pup matches the bridge model in tone and output, but uses 3/16″ pole pieces and comes with a chrome-plated brass cover.
