Description
This Menzies 4-string gourd banjo has 3 long strings and one short string. The hand carved pine neck has an oval peghead, and its attached to a 10″ diameter round gourd with a soundhole on the side. The 8-1/2 diameter skin head is glued and tacked in place. Its also equipped with ebony violin pegs and nylgut strings. Its about 40″ total length, with a scale length around 25-1/2″.
