The Spalted Maple U-Bass has figuring in the wood that resembles fine point pen scribbles, forming wavy black lines and streaks that contrast beautifully with the two-tone lighter base color of the Maple. Black binding adds a nice compliment to the spalting. This model has great dynamic range, clarity, tight lows, and ample sustain. It is equipped with Aquila Thunderblack strings and U-Bass Active EQ electronics.
